Specifically, we believe that a project can be
successful and we can exceed the owner’s expectations only if
we deliver the following:
- A quality project that, as well as meeting the
contract requirements and industry standards, would also
meet our expectations if we were the end user.
- A project that provides a safe work place for all
of those involved. This includes a goal of zero lost time
accidents and a safety program that focuses on prevention
and preplanning.
- A project that is delivered to the client on, or
ahead of, the agreed upon schedule. To achieve this we
must develop a master schedule with subcontractor and owner
involvement, track material deliveries as well as task
completion dates and then monitor and correct those results,
weekly.
- We must manage the project budget whether the project is
lump sum or cost plus. Purchasing and scoping at the onset
and the management of resources through out the project will
allow us to deliver the job within budget.
We are committed to treat our subcontractors and vendors as
team members. They will have the same performance level
requirements as we have and be recognized for their
performance.
We will strive to provide an opportunity for career growth
for each individual in our organization to attain whatever
their goals may be within their capabilities.
